A pressure vessel is designed for a long life. To ensure that it actually achieves this goal, it needs regular maintenance and servicing of its inner workings.

Cofely Refrigeration offers a wide range of services in and around the pressure vessel. The cleaning of the heat exchanger, the replacement of tube nests in the heat transfer unit and the new piping of evaporators and condensers are just the most common examples from our everyday practice. We stock all the internal tube types and spare parts for heat exchangers and heat transfer devices for quick availability, so downtimes can be kept to a minimum. We can also offer the remediation of tube plates and other components, corrosion protection and durable coatings for long service life.

For all assignments, we undertake the execution of all calculations and the preparation of the required documentation. If damage is the reason for the repair, we can inspect this and estimate the cost – with certification in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
