Storage reservoirs: Solid solutions for back-up capacity.
In a system, whether it is a cooling water system, a cold water system or a refrigeration container, every aspect is cleanly resolved. For its storage reservoirs for liquids and bulk goods, Cofely Refrigeration uses glass fibre reinforced plastic (GFRP) – a material that has proved its robust properties for decades. GFRP is resistant to acids and alkalis and absolutely dimensionally stable from -30 °C to +60 °C – in certain applications it is even available for temperatures up to 80°C. Special ribs and cross braces give the reservoir the necessary stability.
Cofely Refrigeration supplies its storage reservoirs for cooling water systems and cold water systems in rectangular and square versions, 50 different sizes and with many options. On request, for example, a thermally insulated version is available. The cover is available in one or two parts, removable or permanently bolted into place. Weld neck or threaded flanges can also be fitted to every flat surface, permitting flexible rearrangement of reservoir and piping.
