Thanks to the oil-free magnetic bearing technology of the compressor and the flooded evaporation with the safety refrigerant R134a, the Quantum is equipped for the hardest conditions. With a special design, the refrigerant is prevented from slopping over and being sucked into the compressor. Specially made rubber feet can easily withstand the required acceleration values. So easily that Cofely Refrigeration fulfils the strict requirements of Bureau Veritas for safety at sea.
