In modern plastics processing, precision is everything. In spite of very high cycle numbers, every detail must be correct, especially in the case of injection moulding. So the strictest requirements also apply for the precision of the cooling. The moulds and injection nozzles have to be at exactly the right temperature in order to avoid faults in the material.

Cofely Refrigeration supplies reliable cold and cooling water systems for this purpose, which are delivered in compact modular form and can therefore be installed in a very short time. As well as our cooling towers, these systems also employ the Quantum cold water chiller as a reliable refrigeration machine.
